The Children’s Centre

The Cowandilla Children’s Centre is offering a range of services for local families and children. Some of the services offered are playgroups, Nunga parent group, craft groups, English as a Second Languages classes, parenting groups as well as access to nurses, a worker from CAMHS and the Australian Refugee Association. The programs are offered in the school buildings, the West Torrens library building and the Child Youth and Women’s Health building. Throughout 2009 the CYWH services building will be extensively remodelled and enlarged to accommodate these and future Children’s Centre programs.


Out of School Hours Care

The Cowandilla OSHC service operates an after school service from 3:15pm - 6:00pm, before school care between 7:30am - 8:30am and Vacation Care during all the school holidays.
